Web Requests
- By phone or computer, navigate to https://nsc.nationalshunt.com/hc/en-us
- You will be presented with the screen below:
- Select ‘Submit a Request’ in the top right corner. Identified with the yellow arrow
- A submit a request screen will then appear
- Using the drop-down menu, select either Truck Related Issue/Inquiry OR Trailer Related Issue/Inquiry
- Fill out all required fields
*It is very important that the information submitted with the request is accurate as the NSC Team will be using it to place the service calls and communicate with you via email*
- Once you have filled out the request, select submit
- Once you have clicked submit, you will receive a message in the top right corner of the screen that confirms the request was successful
*If you do not receive confirmation the request was successful, please try to submit again. If the issue persists, please call or email the NSC directly with your request. Make note of the issue so that it can be troubleshooted*
- You will also receive an email confirming your request was received. If any follow up is required by an agent, or yourself, you can simply reply on this email and treat it like a regular email thread.
